A day at Horizons Living & Rehabilitation Center...

At Horizons there is always something fun for residents to do or become involved in. We offer a wide variety of educational programs, games, exercise activities,  paint parties, and much more. The staff are dedicated to our tenants and are here to support them in whatever interest they may have. Living at Horizons means living life to the fullest and doing what you love even if that means staying in your room relaxing.

We offer an abundance of experiences and activities on a daily basis for just about everyone to partake in and enjoy. We are open to any requests you may have regarding programs and activities. Our schedules are always flexible.
